Define your process
First things first, you need to define your process. This means adding labels that will serve to classify your data. There are a few things to keep in mind here:

Let’s say you’re collecting customer feedback through Typeform. You want to classify what customers say in a clear and actionable manner. The most basic classification system you can create is this:

Gather your data
There are multiple ways you can gather and upload your data using Levity. It is possible to upload both labeled and unlabeled data. If you already have a file that contains labeled data that you want to use to train your model, you can simply upload it in CSV format. If you’re using another tool that collects data, you can easily connect it to Levity. You just need to select the different fields that contain data and labels, and you’re good to go.
If you still haven’t gathered your data you can always use a data scraping tool. You can use data scraping to import data into a spreadsheet and then transfer it to Levity with the help of one of a variety of integrations. Build a categorization process
If you have different types of data coming in and you want to redirect them to different apps, you can build your flow.
Let’s say you are getting invoices, resumes, and receipts via email. In this case, you can create a process that sends invoices to a spreadsheet, resumes to the HR department via Slack, and receipts to the finance department via email.
Define input and output
In this step, you can define the data that’s feeding the model—the input—and the result you want to get from data processing—the output.
For example, if you’re analyzing customer tickets, you can set the trigger to be every time that Zendesk receives a ticket. So, the ticket would be the input.
